Tennis Everyone is constantly striving to improve the high level of service that we offer parents and players. Following are the most frequently asked questions that we have received over the years:
How can I contact someone directly?
Email: info@tenniseveryone.ca
Phone: 905.608.9391
What should I bring to the lessons?
Each participant needs a tennis racquet and water. A hat and sunscreen may also be needed.
What should I wear to the lessons?
Each participant should be in tennis/running shoes with non marking soles. You should dress comfortably in sports attire.
What should my child bring to camp?
Each participant needs a tennis racquet, hat, sunscreen, water, snacks and umbrella. If you don’t have a junior tennis racquet, then you can purchase one with the First Time Junior camp special. In this case the instructor will bring the racquet on the first day of camp.
NOTE: Please do NOT send any peanut products for snacks.
What is the Elite tennis camp?
The Elite tennis camp is for juniors who want a more intensive tennis program with a smaller group ratio. They will hone their tennis strokes while developing their singles tactics and strategies.
They will be grouped by age and ability.
Our junior lessons and camps qualify for the Children’s Fitness Tax Credit. You will receive a confirmation and receipt at the time of registration.
What is your rain policy for tennis lessons?
Lessons cannot be held in the rain. Once the ground is completely covered with water, it is too slippery to play. If lessons are cancelled due to rain, make up classes will be added on to the end of the session on the same day and time. These can only be added on up to the last day before the start of a new session.
If it has rained earlier in the day and has stopped prior to your lesson, and the courts have had a chance to dry off somewhat, then the instructor will attempt to run the class. There is no central place that can make this decision. It is ultimately the instructor’s call whether to run the class. If you are uncertain of conditions, then it is best to go to the location. If you are unsure, then the instructor is most likely unsure and will therefore be there to determine if the lesson can go ahead.
It is not possible for us to make a general decision to cancel classes as weather can change rapidly and may vary from location to location and hour to hour.
Please note: For the Half-Day Junior Summer Camps which run Monday to Friday, there are no make-up days available. Therefore for those weeks, the price is based on a 4 day week allowing for the possibility of 1 rainout day. If there are no rain days, all five days run as scheduled.
A full refund will be given if notice is provided at least one week prior to the start of the program.
All programs have a minimum/maximum registration on a first-come-first-serve basis. Register early to avoid disappointment.

Tennis Everyone is one of Ontario's largest and most well-established tennis organizations. Committed to the development of grass-roots tennis, Tennis Everyone works directly with member tennis clubs and municipal tennis recreation programs to help develop players of all ages and abilities.
Tennis Everyone was founded in 1996 by Head Pro Dean Porcellato. He recognized a need for a more integrated grass-roots player development process. In the year 2000, Tennis Everyone, in partnership with the City of Mississauga, began to deliver grass-roots tennis programming for recreation & parks program players. Within the year, Tennis Everyone had improved the link between municipal recreation programs and private & community tennis clubs, which has facilitated the development of many tournament and recreational players.
Dean Porcellato is a Tennis Canada certified coach and has over 25 years of experience. He has worked with all ages of players from age 3 to 99, as well as all levels from beginner to tournament players. Throughout the years Dean has spearheaded the innovation of new program ideas in Mississauga and Brampton such as Family Tennis, Tots Tennis for 4-6 year olds, Adult Round Robin and Drills, Half Day Junior Summer Tennis Camps for ages 4+ and Junior and Adult Inter-Club league programs involving numerous Mississauga Tennis Clubs. More recently he has played an integral role working with Tennis Canada to introduce "Progressive Tennis" to tennis clubs and programs in the City of Mississauga. Tennis Everyone's highly qualified team of coaches has helped thousands of young children and adults learn to play and enjoy the sport of a life time.
